Returns Policy

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the products. The easiest way to do this is return the products to us in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return the products to us before the 14 day period has expired, you must notify us of your intention to cancel within the 14 day period. To do so, email info@jimmijamms.com

You must return the products to us in original condition, with all tags in place, within 14 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel your order.

As long as products you send back to us are in original condition, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your return.

If any items returned to us are not in original condition we may not be able to accept them.

We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of inappropriate handling by you.

Returns Process

To make a return, you need to select a reason from the list below:

Return Codes:

A - I ordered the incorrect size

B - I ordered two sizes/colours to compare

C - It’s not the colour for me

C - You sent me the wrong item/size/colour

D - You sent me faulty products

E - The products don’t fit well

F - My order took too long to arrive

G - The item doesn't look like the picture I saw online

H - I'm disappointed with the quality

I - I have changed my mind

J - It is an unwanted gift

K - Exchange

L - Other (please specify) 

Write the corresponding letter into the ‘Return Code’ box on the form you receive from our customer service team.  

Within 14 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel your purchase, send the items, along with the returns form and a copy of your payment receipt to:  

Jimmi Jamms Returns Team - you will provided with your nearest returns address by our customer service team.

You will need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a registered delivery service and keep the proof of postage. If we are required to pay additional postage charges on your package, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.  We cannot accept liability for products that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Exchanges

You can exchange your order within 14 days of receipt of the products. The easiest way to do this is return the products you wish to exchange in accordance with the above instructions. If you are unable to return the products to us before the 14 day period has expired, you must notify us of your wish to exchange within the 14 day period. To do so, email info@jimmijamms.com

You must return the products to us in original condition, with all tags in place, within 14 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to make an exchange on your order.

As long as products you send back to us are in original condition, we'll send out your new product(s) within 14 days of receiving your return.

If any items returned to us are not in original condition we may not be able to accept them.

We may make a deduction from the exchange amount for loss in value of any products supplied, if the loss is the result of inappropriate handling by you.
