Delivery Information

We provide an express courier service for which costs may vary depending on your location and what you've ordered.  For more information on costs please refer to our Shipping Chart.

Delivering your products to you quickly and safely is of highest importance to us. That's why we've carefully selected our courier partner. It's also why we insist your order be signed for.  Please ensure the delivery address you provide us with is attended during business hours.

Important - Our couriers are not able to deliver your order to PO Boxes, please ensure a street address is provided. If you miss a delivery, a card will be left letting you know how to arrange another delivery time or pick up your order in person.

 

If your order is taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, send our customer service team an email info@jimmijamms.com and they'll provide you with an update.

Duties & Taxes

Depending on you location, you may also be required to pay import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.  Should this be required you will be notified accordingly. 

We are not liable for these charges, and unfortunately these charges cannot be reimbursed or refunded by us.
